My visual work is aimed at producing content that inspires a sense of wonder and inquiry, opens up teaching and learning opportunities, and encourages reflection and positive action. Scientific visualization is itself a teaching modality, and as BPMI Coordinator and an instructor, I see it as an essential part of my job to promote a passion for information sharing in my students.

I am so proud of my students. It is exciting to be a primary figure in preparing them to excel and to be positive contributors in the field and society. I work with students in many capacities, both in and outside of the classroom, teaching and showing them the potential of their impact and the power of interdisciplinarity.
